First of all, the bag is a phenomenal product. The magnet closure and internal webbing are tough as nails. The rip handle for accessing the contents did pull out of one side of the first bag. I emailed the company asking if they can repair it, and instead they replaced the bag for the cost of shipping. A company that stands behind their product on that level earns customers for life. I really enjoy this bag. It’s convenient for me so I won’t carry my Glock 43X Mos IWB while at work because I can’t carry while at work. It doesn’t look like I have a gun but since I carry cross body I know some people would assume I have a firearm.
